Virtual & After HoursChildren get sick at all hours. Our after-hours care connects you with an on-call provider who can assess symptoms, provide medical guidance, and help you determine the right next step — whether that's home care, a morning appointment, or an ER visit.
Call your regular office number after hours. You'll be connected to our answering service, which will relay your message to the on-call provider. The provider will return your call, typically within 30 minutes, to discuss your child's symptoms and provide guidance.
Fever management guidance, breathing concern assessment, vomiting or diarrhea advice, medication questions, injury assessment, allergic reaction guidance, and determining if an ER visit is needed.
After-hours care is for medical guidance only. We cannot prescribe new medications, provide refills, or complete forms during after-hours calls. For emergencies, always call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
